Dear all,
I would like to ask for any help according to this problem:
All network is going through a ZYWALL 310. Everything is stable, no connection fall outs, BWM is on and working as it supped to work. When downloading anything through a Google Chrome, the link speed is correctly distributed across all the computers on the network (across all the PCs with applied BWM rules). When other clients do not saturate the link speed, I receive a full throughput on the compute which is downloading (we got a DSL connection of 10/1 Mbit).
My problem occurs, when downloading updates for Solidworks 2016 via the Solidworks downloader, the link is 100% saturated (at max speed allowed in BWM) but there is no web access from other PCs (cannot even load google or gmail or anything else, receive a warning mark on my network icon in Windows). So, to sum up, Solidworks is downloading at 100% of BWM throughput (which is lower than the max speed of our link from ISP, Egress Bandwidth: 10240) but no internet connection on any other workstation on the network.
I have also changed the MTU value from 1500 to 1460 according to this article: http://www.tp-link.us/FAQ-190.html
Before the Zywall 310 I was using a USG 50 and the problem was the same.
