Just upgraded to a faster ADSL service (currently seeing 9.5/1) through Fairpoint and they installed a new Zyxel VMG4380-B10A modem/router. Since this was installed, I am no longer able to connect to my office Cisco AnyConnect IPsec VPN, however all other internet is working normally. I can connect to my VPN from a Verizon Wireless hotspot without issue. My employer states the problem is with the Fairpoint connection and cannot offer further support. Fairpoint says if I have internet, that's all they can assist with and I need to work through my employer. I am limited on what I can try on my work laptop as I do not have admin rights (cannot adjust MTU in netsh, etc.).
I have tried the following:
Adding a Nat>Application rule for IPsec VPN (UDP ports 500 and 4500 on the ADSL interface) to my work laptop's local network IP.
Disabling firewall on Zyxel
Placing my work laptop in the DMZ on the Zyxel
Adjusting MTU on the Zyxel ADSL connection from 1492 down to 1200 (10 at a time)
Bridging to a TP-Link wireless router and setting IPsec passthrough and adjusting MTU on that device as well.
Can anyone offer any advice on this?
Thanks,
