Somehow I messed up my running config on my primary Zywall 110.
Is there any way to extract the still good Lastgood.conf file via Debug commands and a terminal program from this unit?
Luckily I have a spare ZW110 that has most of my config intact but changes have been made since this working version and the version stored on the non booting ZW110.
I'd love to be able to extract the lastgood.conf file from my main ZW110 and apply it so my most recent changes will run on my main ZW110.
Anyone good with Debug commands on the Zywall 110?
I recall using them a lot back in the pre USG200 days and they saved me a lot but it seems the Debug commands may have been dumbed down with the Zywall 110.
I've made changes to firewall rules and IPsec rules for the three tunnels I run. While I have notes on the VPN tunnel changes, the firewall rules were not documented during a series of testing done recently so I really don't want to try and remember what I'd all changed for fear I may open something I should not or miss opening something I had done.
Any help is much appreciated!
I had a brief power failure that somehow made it through my APC units and upon restart, the original ZW110 did not start.
It stops outputting to the console port after it loads the ADP rules it seems and then goes into a dead loop with no screen or console output and not LAN or WAN connectivity enabled.
I can still enter Debug mode so the console port is still enable and functioning.
