USG 20 Protecting internal network against stranger

Hello, I'm new to this forum and I need an advice about the ZyWall USG 20. I tweaked our actual firewall multiple times but I'm not an IT by profession so this is the first firewall configured from scratch so maybe I won't know everything (also English is not my mother tongue). We have a very old computer used as a firewall and we are looking to update it with the USG 20 with a "similar" secure configuration. The old firewall has a sort of white list by MAC address with the DHCP server. It's impossible to get an IP without being on the list and it prevent someone like a guest with his own computer to connect to our network without asking us. (It still doesn't prevent spoofing MAC) Now the USG 20 seems to have an IP binding by MAC but nothing like denying connection from an unknown computer on our network and I was wondering if it was possible to use it and assign a subnet without any access to every computers that are not "IP binded" to another subnet.. or even possible. I don't know if you have any other advice on how to achieve this behavior with the USG 20 ? I was hoping for an option without having to use an username/password every time we boot and connect to our network. Thank you in advance
