ZyWall 110 FTP limited to 1.1 MBps

Hello We have our servers in a data center. Our bandwidth is 1Gbps up and 1 Gbps Down. ZyWall 110 is our firewall and router. Connected to it is a Dell 2848 Switch and servers are connected to that. Everything is 1Gbps. Within the DC, I am getting nearly 100 MBps FTP speed when network is lighly busy. However when accessed from outside (over internet), I only get 1.1 MBps UP, while Down is much higher (approaching 20-30 MBps) - consistently all times of the day. What I have ruled out/tried: 1. Bandwidth - From office to DC we have 300 Mbps up and down pipe. There is no reason for a consistent 1.1 MBps speed due to the internet connection speed (tested off peak hours too and max FTP speed is the same). 2. FTP Server setting - In Filezilla Server the speed is set to unlimited (and we get the 100 MBps within network so that is not the issue) 3. Port 21, 990, and passive ports are already enabled and forwarded 4. Firewall on server is disabled (for this test) 5. Bandwidth Management - I have already played with Bandwidth Management in the ZyWall, tried to Disable it, changed the ftp port from 21 to a non standard port, nothing.. consistently getting only 1.1 MBps UP. (also made changed per https://kb.zyxel.com/KB/searchArticle!gwsViewDetail.action?articleOid=015522&lang=EN - setp to 999999 kbps) What is going on? Is there some hidden setting within ZyWall? I tried FTPS and that is even slower (450Kbps) Please advise....
