Default Gateway L2TP / IPSEC VPN

Hi All, I have a USG100 with a L2TP/IPSEC VPN to my Windows 10 computer. I use this to access my files at home when I am at work. Now, the problem that I am facing is that when I start the VPN within Windows all my traffic is going trough the tunnel and this is a problem with work related applications like Skype, sharepoint, exchange, ... it will ask my credentials because it thinks I am on another network. Now if I check my network trough CMD i can see the VPN tunnel interface with default getaway 0.0.0.0 so that is why all the traffic is going to my home. I was looking to add split-tunneling but it's not so simple in Windows 10 so I found this. http://eyonic.blogspot.be/2016/06/how-to-enable-vpn-split-tunneling-in.html The powershell command does the trick to enable split-tunneling but after I restart the VPN I don't even have a default gateway anymore on the VPN connection (empty field) and i can't access my files at home. With tracert I can see that it is going over the company network looking for my NAS device. Now I can't seem to find how this can be solved. In the USG there is no option to add a gateway to the IP Range for the VPN addresses. Does anyone know a sollution for this because it would be nice to use the company network for browsing which is much faster and just the VPN if I access my NAS.
