In the midst of all the disasters we've been dealing with, we seem to have lost the cli cable for the usg60.
Yet we noted we still have a bunch of the ones with the ethernet connectors. I'm fairly certain this device needs the 'rs232 to usb'.
Does anyone know if zyxel sells these or can someone make a recommendation where we can get compatible cables for this device?
We've put that question to their support but haven't got an answer yet.
Of all the times to loose this cable. :(
Between the chaos, mandatory forced pw expiry notice and keepass we've somehow locked ourselves out.
Needing cli to get it all back without having to reset & loose config. Any help is surely more than appreciated.
P.S. Looking around the suppliers, we noted cables with the P2303 chip.
But I don't recall needing the features of that chip for these cables? That's what keeps me from replacing until I get confirmation.
