Zywall USG 300 High CPU usage

Hi, I am a newbie in this please advise me. I am managing a ZyWall USG 300,its CPU usage hitting 99% frequently and all the LAN and DMZ users cannot connect to Internet.May I know the possible reasons and suggestion to avoid this.Thanks in advance.
