I have been having internet trouble recently, and tech support has asked for data from the xDSL statistics page of the modem webpage. The problem is, the printout that I see is very different from what they expect to see. The tech I was talking to had no idea why.
The route is a Zyxel VSG1432-B101, with Firmware V1.12(AADX.2)C0
