I am trying to setup a VPN server that I would be able to connect to from a Windows Computer using the Windows native VPN application. I followed the instructions here:

Whenever I try to connect to the VPN, I get an error shown in the screenshot below.
Also, my wan1_ppp shows up as disconnected for some reason. Is it supposed to be like that?
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
