I have both my primary router (default gateway) and the Zywall USG 20W connected to the Internet. The Zywall provides an IPSec tunnel to another Zywall USG 20W at a second location. The primary router has a static route to point to the Zywall for the remote LAN. The configuration is not working. I added rules allowing traffic with logging to the two Zywalls and I see http traffic going to my NAS box in both Zywalls. If I add a static route to my PC, everything works fine, so I know the tunnel is working correctly. It seems one of the Zywalls does not like my bouncing the traffic through the primary router, but there are no error messages in the log to indicate the message was dropped. Since I am seeing the traffic in the log of both Zywalls going to the NAS box, I assume it is the return traffic that is being dropped. Anyone have any thoughts on what is happening or ideas as to how I can determine what the problem is?
