USG 20W; IPv6 gateway lost

IPv6 hasn't been working on my computer for the past few days. I finally had a chance to look into it today and noticed there was no IPv6 gateway address assigned to the computer. The static IPv6 address I assign dynamically through the router (using DHCPv6) was assigned to the computer (::30), but the address with the ISP prefix and suffix assigned by the router wasn't assigned. I've posted here before about similar things with regard to IPv6 not being handled appropriately by the router, and with that in mind I made a change to the IPv6 configuration in the router and then changed it back, just to "refresh" the router so to speak. My computer was immediately assigned the proper IPv6 gateway and address to allow IPv6 to function correctly again. This was one of the items I reported to ZyXEL which they never responded to me about. In addition, after renewing I noticed I was assigned a different IPv6 prefix by the ISP. (Probably what caused this problem in the first place.) This outlines another problem I have posted here about and reported to ZyXEL. (This was another report to ZyXEL I didn't get anywhere with.) The problem is that I now I have to go through and manually change all my firewall and dynamically assigned static IP addresses to use the new prefix. Ugh. Just wanted to post to iterate my annoyance with Comcast not giving customers static IPv6 prefixes and also to once again point out both the bug and deficiency with the router. In my experience ZyXEL is just not ready to provide a seamless IPv6 experience. EDIT Edited for accuracy
